Easily Find and Replace Repetitive Info

What if you need to change the initials of the school to the full name for all students? This is how you can easily replace reiterative data on your documents.

CTRL + H

Large documents may have data or info that repeats. For example, all students attend the same school district.

Whether you are using Sheets, Docs, or Slides, the process is the same. Go to Edit then Find and replace. Or, simply use the shortcut [CTRL] + [H].

My wife recently needed to change a rating for students from AH to Advanced High. She was going to go through every single student’s ratings and type it in one at a time. But, she didn’t want to take long doing so. This solved the problem in seconds.
